Application Method

After you have applied the color, apply a layer of Top Non Wipe and cure for a maximum time (30") so that the Top is hot. As soon as it comes out of the curing light, use the special brush to rub the powder onto the hot Top.

After you have completed all 10 fingers, remove the excess powder and seal with Top Non Wipe.
