The courier company makes repeated attempts to deliver to the address provided by the customer. If the customer does not respond to the notifications or delivery is not possible due to absence, inability to communicate, or incorrect/incomplete information (such as address, contact telephone number, etc.), the parcel is returned to our store.

Our store is not responsible for:

non-receipt of the parcel,

any errors or omissions in the shipping details provided by the customer,

courier charges and shipping costs.

In any case of non-receipt, all shipping and return costs are borne exclusively by the customer, regardless of the method of payment.

If the parcel is returned to our store, a refund will be made only for the net value of the products.
Shipping, cash on delivery, or return costs are not refundable.

To resend the order, shipping costs will be charged again.
