Order cancellation is possible under the following conditions:
Before completing the order: During the online ordering process, you may cancel your order at any time by clicking the "Previous" or "Home" button, which will redirect you to our website's homepage. This automatically interrupts the ordering process. However, please note that the products added to your cart will remain there unless you manually remove them by clicking the cart icon and selecting "Delete."
After the order has been placed but before shipment: If your online order has been completed but the product has not yet been shipped, you may cancel it by contacting our Customer Support team at:

After receiving the product: If you have already received the product, please contact our Customer Support team via phone or email (details above) to explain the reason for cancellation. A representative will assist you and inform you of all available options.
Product Returns
Products can be returned within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt.
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receipt and request a refund, without the obligation to provide a reason and without needing to place a new order.
The merchant must refund the full amount within 14 days of receiving the cancellation request. However, the refund may be delayed if the returned products or proof of return are not received.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
