Do your manicure or artificial nail placement and paint with the color you want

1st method of application

• On the sticky side of the color, rub a small amount of the Dream Dust you want
• Finish with a Top of your choice!
• Ready with iridescence and Pearl Effect!

2nd Method of Application

• Apply a layer of Non Wipe Top Coat
• After curing for 60 seconds and while the layer of Non Wipe Top Coat is still warm, rub a quantity of powder with your finger onto the layer of Non Wipe Top Coat.
• Gently dust with a soft dusting brush
• Cover with a layer of Non Wipe Top Coat for protection!
