IGORA ROYAL NUMERICAL SYSTEM

This system is based on a combination of up to 3 numbers.

The number before the hyphen (eg 5-88)

Shows the tone pitch of the hue.
It also shows on what natural basis this shade can achieve exactly the tuft color of the color chart.

The number after the hyphen (eg 5-88)

The first digit indicates the primary ref.
The second digit indicates the sub-refle.
Two identical digits mean strong reflex.

MIXING

Always mix in a 1:1 ratio, eg 60ml paint + 60ml Oil Developer.
For painting in a darker tone, pastel effect, use Oil Developer 3% 10vol.
To dye in the same tone, covering whites, 1-2 tones lighter, use Oil Developer 6% 20vol.
For 2-3 tons of opening, use Oil Developer 9% 30vol.

APPLICATION

Apply to dry, unwashed hair.
For first application on natural hair, apply to lengths and ends first. After 10-15 minutes, apply to the roots.
For subsequent applications, apply to the roots first. After 15-30 minutes, continue on the lengths and ends.

30-45 minutes, for use with Oil Developer 6% 20vol.
