Do your manicure or artificial nail placement and paint with the color you want
1st method of application
On the sticky side of the color, rub a small amount of the Dream Dust you want
Finish with a Top of your choice!
Ready with iridescence and Pearl Effect!
2nd Method of Application
Apply a layer of Non Wipe Top Coat
After curing for 60 seconds and while the layer of Non Wipe Top Coat is still warm, rub a quantity of powder with your finger onto the layer of Non Wipe Top Coat.
Gently dust with a soft dusting brush
Cover with a layer of Non Wipe Top Coat for protection!
