Mixing: In a non-metallic bowl, mix 35 g (1 scoop) of IGORA Vario Blond Plus dust-reduced powder with 70 ml (1: IGORA ROYALOil Developer 3%, 6% or at most 9% depending on the required opening, up to to achieve a gentle cream.

INSTRUCTIONS
