The TECNI.ART Pli Shaper by L’Oréal Professionnel is a heat-activated spray that gives shape, and memorry to the hair. Pli can also be used as a styling primer to add body and discipline to the look, while keeping a soft texture and natural feel.
HOW TO USE:
Spray liberally all over towel-dried hair. When blowdrying, lift the roots as you blow-dry or using rollers for added volume. Style hair with a hot tool to build waves and curls.
