In addition, the high concentration of violet pigments combined with the processing time allows Cool Blonde Fluid to act on copper bases. That's why the neutralizing effect is visible even on hair with a base of 8, 9 and 10!

Directions: Wash and rinse hair, apply Cool Blonde Fluid to wet hair and massage. Then comb through, leave on for 30 seconds to 3 minutes and rinse thoroughly.
